I am a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and experience new things every day. My education at Wright State University and work experience in the Military, Manufacturing, and HVAC industries has provided me with endless opportunities to meet and work with exceptional professionals who challenge and push me to cultivate my knowledge and skills. I have learned to find opportunities to learn and grow everyday while encouraging others to grow around me. I thrive in high-pressure situations as well as fast paced, challenging work environments. I enjoy difficult problem-solving scenarios and helping my team reach a common goal. Working with others inspires me to learn and grow while cultivating the talents and skills of each individual in the group. I am a fast learner and relish the opportunity to try and experience new things all the time, and I believe that this energizes not only me but the people around me as well. I am a business results advisor focusing on helping businesses leverage their buildings and use them to achieve business results. I am passionate about energy and energy conservation and the economic impact sustainability has on businesses I work with. Many businesses aim to reduce operating costs and in many times there is low hanging fruit in the buildings they operate. I help businesses identify and take advantage of some of these money saving opportunities through efficient design, creative energy procurement, and energy conservation management. I strive to help businesses and building owners view their buildings as assets and not liabilities.
