I help organizations to design, plan and execute commercial transformation and change initiatives, and rethink the way that companies do business and approach global markets.I draw on my experience to cover the full end-to-end process of instigating and implementing impactful and sustainable change, from defining strategy, designing how the organization should transform and which initiatives are needed to reach the vision. I am also experienced in driving large scale projects and initiatives to completion in both agile and waterfall environments, in order to successfully implement change.Currently specialized in the area of indirect channels to market, I help to set and implement strategy to expand business through distribution and consultant partners globally (over 2500 partners in 60+ countries). I also drive global initiatives ranging from new tools, governance processes and sales development and sales excellence activities into our internal organization and partner network. I utilize a strong strategic and analytical mindset alongside my ability to successful manage stakeholders and projects to realize & exceed objectives.
