   I provide two main services for our clients: owner\'s engineering (OE) and independent engineering (IE)As an OE, I work directly with the developer/owner to be their technical expertise from just after project conception throughout construction. My main role to verify design is done correctly and efficiently and spot unforeseen problems before it affects project cost and schedule. This ranges from occasionally jumping into design and providing exhibits and drawing sets to EPC bid/contract review to site visits to review ongoing construction.As an IE, I independently verify project progress for developers to be able to get financing from banks. Our reports cover all aspects of the project to make sure the developer has crossed their I\'s and dotted their T\'s. These reports provide confidence to the banks their capital will be paid back. As the projects continue through construction, we monitor progress and verify construction costs.
