About Matthew Dahm
I’m a Tampa Bay native with 20+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, contracting, and project management, paired with a passion for entrepreneurship and community building. Early in my career, I worked hands-on in my family’s mechanical contracting HVAC/R business while earning my Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of South Florida. That foundation grew into a career focused on high-performance mechanical systems, building automation, and energy efficiency programs across industries from pharmaceuticals to manufacturing.In 2015, I founded Mastry’s Brewing Co, a craft brewery and distillery in St. Pete Beach that has since become a local destination for beer, spirits, food, and live music.
