We procure top tier USDA Choice, USDA Prime, and Wagyu beef from the finest producers around the world. Since 1893, we have cultivated strong relationships with generations of cattlemen and producers who share our commitment to quality and integrity.
Our USDA Prime and Upper Two Thirds USDA Choice beef is sourced from a small number of select producers in the Midwest. Cattle are raised on small family farms, typically within 250 miles of our facilities. This close proximity reduces travel time, supports a low stress environment, and ensures a better quality product. These long standing partnerships allow us to consistently secure the highest quality beef week after week.
With production facilities and distribution centers strategically located across the United States including Northern California, Southern California, Chicago, Texas, Florida, Las Vegas, and the Northeast, Allen Brothers delivers with precision, reliability, and pride.
