Manage EHS programs and training for all US based LotusWorks EHS sites. Coordinate and execute site Risks Assessments, audits, and training relating to operational hazards in Biopharmaceutical, Data Warehousing, and Semiconductor Manufacturing industries.Oversee appointment of site Safety Representatives and execution of monthly audits and safety walks. Oversee the company \"Good Catch\" program and report on all observations, near misses, incidents, and accident. Use leading and lagging indicators to facilitate EHS transparency and improve employee/ process safety and increase compliance with OSHA guidance.Establish trade specific EHS training requirements, track completion and schedule refresher timelines for appx 300 personnel.
