Lead the acquisition of leads with the capture of 196 new, qualified leads from just four initial events. • Developed partnerships with two companies. Created a second, untouched revenue stream with the creation of a more efficient automated RFX response procedure requiring the attention of 1 IRIS employee for 2 days, as opposed to 4 IRIS employees for 4 days. • Per focused market analysis, developed a third, untouched revenue stream for case management and confidential informant management systems. While maintaining strict pricing guidelines, those two additions provided outstanding market penetration, broadening our appeal to the nation’s public safety fusion centers and other identified, multi-agency entities numbering in the thousands. • Lobbied for and initiated a change in the CRM to one that would enable the strengths of AI and automation to assist IRIS Tech personnel in accurately defining pipeline and closing procurement processes quicker. • Collaborated with a new partner to produce specifically targeted marketing using geo-fencing and other techniques to drive interest while attending major conferences. • Responsible for over 11 partnerships with companies having complimentary products. They have been motivated to serve both themselves and IRIS Tech with their customers. We have closed on 2 of those opportunities, 5 more in budgets, and more in the pipeline.
