As Managing Director of Found Industrial, I lead our mission to be the recruiter of choice for the South East’s manufacturing, engineering, and logistics sectors.I’ve built Found Industrial on a “recruiter-first, MD-second” philosophy. That means I stay close to the shop floor, working directly with factory managers, warehouse leads, and site directors to solve workforce challenges, while making sure every candidate has a professional, supportive journey.From Production Operatives and Forklift Drivers to Engineers, Supervisors, and Site Leaders, I personally oversee the connections that keep our clients’ operations moving. My focus is on reliability, retention, and readiness, ensuring that every hire isn’t just a placement, but a long-term fit that strengthens teams and drives performance.I set the direction for our growth while staying rooted in the day-to-day of recruitment.
