Matthew Couch is the founder of CFS Global, LLC, a cash-flow brokerage and investment firm based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. CFS matches note-holders wishing to sell their notes or portions of them to qualified, empowered investors. Likewise, we work to bring our investors solid, well-packaged investment opportunities, either for the purchase of paper or investment in real estate properties with growth potential. CFS is also providing its clients with Life Insurance Settlement Services and pension purchase options, settlement advance services, and cash flow solutions for small business, including accounts receivables factoring and asset-based lending. We have spent great effort to bring our clients to only the most professional, qualified, and fully-vetted investors possible. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, due diligence, and customer service. Every client can expect to feel like they are our only open case. For our own portfolio, we primarily seek undervalued paper and real estate assets, with a long-term appreciation approach to our investing strategy. We seek to minimize volatility for our investors, and stay away from Buy-Flip-Sell strategies, focusing instead on pool-buying and rental opportunities with long-term value. Matthew began investing in real-estate and small business funds in 2011, and now is proud to bridge the gap between high-capital investors and Main Street citizens. Matthew works with each client as an individual, understanding different needs and different situations.
