Initiation, mobilisation and delivery of Windows 11 upgrade programme, successfully upgrading circa 6500 devices across 500+ Public and Private sector sites including Government, MoD and Hospitals.Oversight and governance of a project portfolio including On Prem SharePoint migrations to cloud based solutions, IT infrastructure EoL refresh and modernisation activity, IT/OT network traffic segregation, SDWAN Migrations and modern workplace refresh and fitness initiatives.Migration of circa 5k customers from an EMEA ServiceNow to Global ServiceNow instance, enabling the EMEA instance to be decommissioned realising £750k operational cost savings per annum.Improvement of internal programme and project governance, control & financial processes including improved project delivery status reporting, risk/issue & financial management procedures and lessons learned processes to improve future project delivery.
