Senior Program Manager Office of Facilities Management & Capital Planning @Massachusetts Trial Court

Reporting to the Director of Facilities and Capital Planning I oversee a team that is responsible for Emergency Preparedness and Environmental Health and Safety for 6,400 court staff and member of the public across 93 courthouses. Oversee and monitor all air quality testing, site and construction site health and safety inspections. Oversee the development of the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) for all court departments and locations as well as the Office of Court Management. Lead the revamping of administrative office space in downtown Boston for the Future of Work Initiative. Oversee the Trial Court’s interests are maintained as part of complicated and sensitive projects with multiple parties both public and private. Act as the Trial Court’s Liaison and partner to the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance and other Executive Branch agencies on a variety of projects.
