As a member of the Fugro Europe and Africa Land Business Line leadership team the EUAF Regional Service Line Director role involves joint management oversight of the entire regional Land business strategy, delivery, and commercial performance. Specific responsibility for executing the short to mid-term strategic direction of the Nearshore Service Line within the framework of the Regional Business Line. Accountable for delivering utilisation, quality, safety, and efficiency/productivity targets within all locations in the region for the Service Line. Delivering P&L of the Nearshore Service Line in the Europe Africa Region, with focus on strategic issues, key clients, and CAPEX decisions to ensure the optimal deployment of people, locations, assets, transformational innovation and business sustaining equipment investment. Deployment of innovations across the region to ensure continuous growth within the Service Line. Driving professional and career development of people within the Nearshore discipline expertise. Supervising and approving responses to tenders (including selection of technical solutions, deliverables optimisation, pricing strategy). Developing network relationships with key clients, leading in a true collaborative manner across the European countries.
