Mantle is a regional commercial property developer and investor, operating in the South East and Eastern England. We have built up a valuable portfolio of income-producing office and industrial investments, many of which we have developed/refurbished, and all of which we manage directly. Serviced offices are a specialism having been involved with the flexible workspace entity since inception in 2007 and being instrumental in growing the business to seven centres Responsibilities- part of the senior management team responsible for running the business - acquisition, disposal and leasing across all asset classes - asset management - inhouse professional work - analysis of existing and prospective opportunities - property management across the portfolio - internal fit out / refurbishment projects up to a contract value of - residual/development appraisals and cashflows - debt and equity funding - setting strategy and reporting for each asset within the portfolio - ensuring individual JV partners/equity investors requirements are met- overseeing all development projects incl. strategic land both residential and commercial - principle lead for design team meetings comprising the normal range of professional consultants- principle lead for pre-let negotiations and forward funding - management of the design and construction team through the construction process - identification and financial analysis of serviced office opportunities - design team lead for serviced office layout, design and implementation of works- one of the senior management team for the operational serviced office business
