Partner closely with architects, engineers, and government stakeholders to shape technical direction, influence design decisions, and deliver secure, scalable solutions- Contribute to the design and implementation of a full-stack Intake platform using FastAPI, React (Vite), PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and AWS- Help shape API contracts, data models, and migration strategies using Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic- Support hybrid relational/NoSQL architectures to enable analytics, reporting, and high-throughput workflows- Integrate enterprise systems including Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, GitLab, and cloud automation pipelines- Implement security-first patterns including Okta OIDC/JWT, structured logging, correlation IDs, and compliance-aligned controls- Contribute to CI/CD, environment promotion, and infrastructure-as-code practices- Assist with performance testing, observability, and operational readiness through metrics, dashboards, and load testing- Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, helping translate mission and policy requirements into actionable engineering decisions
