   In my role, I have conducted in-depth policy analysis and research on environmental protections, reclassification of first responders, and green energy legislation, providing key insights and recommendations on the viability of constituent and current legislative policy ideas. I undertook specialized research and drafted memos that contributed to the creation of a state-wide microplastics mitigation strategy, and helped clarify the rights and benefits of incarcerated informants\' participation in investigative activities. Additionally, I collaborated with legislative aides to develop plans for community outreach and prepared and implemented strategies for effective communication with constituents, stakeholders, and the press on key policy issues. I participated in stakeholder meetings, public hearings, and town halls, representing the legislative office and gathering valuable perspectives to inform policy recommendations and decisions. I also authored and dispatched numerous emails to thousands of constituents, ensuring effective dissemination of legislative updates and policy changes. Moreover, I engaged with community leaders to gather crucial information on better serving local communities, leading to actionable improvements in community outreach initiatives. Lastly, I assisted in organizing and running several community events, facilitating constituent engagement and enhancing awareness of available public and private resources.
