Manage a team of scientist and develop custom lab automation solutions for a variety of analytical assays to increase accuracy and precision, as well as reduce assay repeat rates due to human and technical errors. Assay includes multiple ELISAs, HPLC sample prep, hemolytic assays, and other ligand binding assays. Current platforms include the Integra Assist Plus, Waters Andrew+, and Perkin Elmer Janus• Plan, author, and execute validation and verification exercises to release new automated analytical assay for use by the Product Development and Clinical Supply team, including employee trainings on new methods.• Author new SOPs and WIs, review documents from direct reports for technical accuracy, and maintain all team documents in the Alexion document control system.• Plan and coordinate method transfers to the Alexion Clinical QC lab, as well as GMP facilities.
