I’m a Platform Product Manager at Salesforce focused on helping our integrations, APIs, and AI agents all get along — like a digital peace treaty between systems that don’t always like to share.I currently lead across the Enterprise Integration & Automation ecosystem, driving strategy and delivery for MuleSoft Agent Fabric, API Management, and Observability platforms. In short, I help make sure things run, talk, and behave (usually in that order).Over the past few years, I’ve been lucky enough to lead three incredible product teams: •🧩 Citizen Development & Platform Automation: Empowering Salesforce teams to automate anything that moves (and some things that don’t) using Automation Anywhere, MuleSoft RPA, Apromore, and IDP. • Integration Reliability Services (IRS): Making integrations visible, reliable, and maybe even a little psychic — through real-time monitoring, intelligent alerting, and automation agents like Integration Watchdog and Integration System Agent. •🤖 Agent Fabric & API Management (AFAM): Orchestrating the next evolution of the MuleSoft platform — bringing APIs and AI agents under one governed roof with Flex Gateway, Wallarm, and our new API Portal.Before Salesforce, I spent 14 years at IBM, Sutherland, and NetworkIP turning messy processes into automated elegance — designing RPA architectures, delivering integration frameworks, and learning that the phrase “It’s working in production” can mean very different things.I’m passionate about the intersection of automation, intelligence, and developer experience — building platforms that make complex things simple (and simple things delightful). When I’m not wrangling APIs or debugging a roadmap, you’ll probably find me writing about how trust, governance, and a bit of humor can go a long way in tech.

   Lead the product vision and roadmap for Agent Fabric and API Governance within Salesforce’s Enterprise Integration & Automation Platform. Responsible for delivering secure, observable, and governed API and agent ecosystems across internal teams. • Defined and executed the product strategy for Agent Fabric, unifying API discovery, orchestration, governance, and observability. • Partner with MuleSoft as a Customer Zero liaison to provide feedback and influence product roadmap and platform direction. • Drive adoption of Flex Gateway and Wallarm to ensure consistent governance and policy enforcement for Mule and non-Mule APIs. • Collaborate with stakeholders across security, engineering, and platform operations to ensure alignment with organizational governance frameworks.
