ABOUT MATTHEW BRYANT

In my career, I have shown a solid ability to manage teams, implement advanced technological solutions, and ensure high quality and safety standards. Over the past nine years at the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), I have led the Survey, Construction, and Mapping Support team, providing critical technology, process improvement, training, and consulting services. My background includes hands-on experience with surveying and mapping technologies, including GNSS systems, remote sensing, heavy construction equipment automation, and uncrewed data collection systems.At TxDOT, I have been instrumental in automating data collection processes, enhancing productivity, and maintaining strict quality control measures. My work with the TxDOT Regional Reference Point (RRP) System and other complicated applications underscores my ability to manage complex projects and support systems vital to infrastructure planning and maintenance. My tenure at organizations such as NTT DATA Services, Surveying and Mapping, LLC (SAM), and Western Data Systems has given me a broad perspective on the geospatial industry. I have successfully led teams, managed projects, and collaborated with federal agencies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of geospatial data. Moreover, my military background as a US Army veteran has instilled a strong work ethic, discipline, and a commitment to excellence.
