Tool-making, in the form of innovative and practical solutions, is a cornerstone of my approach, helping to empower teams and maximize impact.

An organizational cartographer, I often find myself working in the uncharted and chaotic spaces, addressing underlying issues, and redeveloping them into beautiful thriving systems.At Royal City Mission, my role is to create community through operational strategies which supports the work we do in serving those in need in Downtown Guelph. I focus on creating a solid foundation for the organization, one which exudes our values of relationship, justice, and beauty. This foundation provides the necessary launching point for our teams to excel in building community and connection in a world which can often feel cold, harsh, and disconnected from those who are in need.
