I am based in the firms Swindon office where I have developed a sound knowledge and experience across a wide range of property related matters.I aim to build strong relationships with key individuals and market players including estate agents, brokers and solicitors alike to ensure all my clients experience a stress free and pro-active service. I am responsible for overseeing a varied case load of high value conveyancing transactions, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases. I have experience in drafting and negotiating new Leases together with experience of new build and development work. As well as helping clients move home, I regularly act for investors and Landlords in the acquisition of new properties. Having completed my Law degree from the University of Portsmouth in 2014, and completing my training contract with a medium sized regional law firm, I qualified as a Solicitor in August 2017.I gained extensive experience over a number of years at Awdry Law heading up the firms Residential Property Team in their new Swindon office before moving to Bower Bailey LLP in July 2024.
