ABOUT MATTHEW BREIT
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and T32 Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus studying the physiology and behavior of obesity in the era of anti-obesity medications. My research focuses on how highly effective anti-obesity medications (HEAOMs) alter appetite signaling, eating behavior, energy expenditure, and cardiometabolic health. I am deeply committed to developing comprehensive strategies for obesity prevention and treatment. I believe that through collaboration, innovation, and evidence-based interventions, we can drive meaningful change in improving health outcomes and transforming lives.
