Responsible for maintaining both the program level epic backlog as well as creating and refining user stories for the development teams working on the Hyland Experience Capture SaaS application Worked closely with product management to define the product strategy and vision and plan a roadmap to meet product goals Hosted internal and external stakeholder reviews to gather, develop, and refine feature requirements for future enhancements to the product Coordinated development work of three scrum teams across multiple regions (US, EU, and India) to ensure program epics were executed in an efficient manner with proper dependency planning Collaborated closely with the program level software architects to develop a technical understanding of the product to help prioritize the security and maintenance needs of a SaaS application against customer product needs and feature requests Engaged with UI/UX design teams to create efficient and approachable user experiences by explaining the targeted persona’s needs and workflow Actively pursued impediments that were impacting the development teams whether it involved facilitating meetings with other technical colleagues outside the program or with other product owners responsible for components impacting our deliverables. Implemented team level processes to ensure compliance with the organization’s software development lifecycle such as regular security reviews and bug scrub processes.
