Matthew Bradley is a civil and commercial litigator. He offers a calm, practical, and reasoned approach to dispute resolution – probably because he is, or at least tries to be, calm, practical, and reasonable.During his first several years of practice, Matthew litigated complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes at the Toronto office of a leading international law firm. He has developed a breadth of experience across different subject areas, including professional liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, insurance coverage disputes, defamation, civil fraud, private international law, and employment-related disputes. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and several administrative tribunals across the province.Matthew recognizes that litigation is a marathon, not a sprint. Fortunately, Matthew is a glutton for punishment who revels in a challenge: Matthew has run numerous marathons and half marathons and is looking forward to participating in more. In addition to running, Matthew enjoys tinkering in his woodshop and cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs (see – glutton for punishment). Regardless of the activity, Matthew’s Bernedoodle, Jenny, is never too far from his side.
