Service-line has generated ~$500K of commercial revenue and has forecasted 2024 revenues of $1.5M.• Managed a strategy team to help advise Optum Everycare Now’s executive team on numerous facets of their digital practice, including structuring common milestones between teams with different project methodologies (waterfall v. agile), blending core elements of Epic into a custom patient portal, and designing technology solutions to support for in-person and virtual transitions of care.• Partnered with United Health Care (UHC) leaders to develop a nationwide concierge medicine service offering that will initially utilize the native Epic capabilities of health system partners. The service offering will require Optum Insight to lead transformation and change management efforts at partner health systems in 2024 and 2025, build an omni-channel digital front door and a digital concierge experience.• Led MedExpress implementation as Epic Program Director, collaborating with client executives, managing a team of 60+ resources and an implementation budget of $8M. • Spearheaded EHR solution design activities for an Optum Market Performance Partnership with a TCV of $2.8B and an estimated $270M worth of revenue for EHR services. Responsibilities included assessing opportunities to modernize Epic deployment, creating plan to drive IT staffing efficiencies, leading client facing design sessions and creating long-term financial projections for services.• Led EHR Implement and Operate (I&O) solution design activities for a prospective Optum Market Performance Partnership. Responsibilities included leading client facing design sessions to scope a Cerner to Epic Inpatient conversion and creating a TCO for Optum’s Epic I&O services.
