About Matthew Baughman

In my current position as a Field Account Representative with Grainger I will gain experience in a account management role. I will be partnering with current customers, providing excellent customer service, and helping them grow their business. At WorkLink Staffing I was developing new business by bringing on new clients mostly in the manufacturing industry. I helped grow the business for 3 different office locations and closed over 80 new clients. I also own a side moving business called Yinz Moving which helps keep me in shape and let’s me use my creative skills to gain new business. In my career I have over 12 years of professional business experience, in sales, recruiting, and accounting. In my role with Apogee Resources Group I helped launch a new accounting/finance recruiting firm and also I was a key contributor in building the company from the ground up.
