I’ve worked within the telecoms sector for over 10 years. Operating as a coordinator and working my way up to Senior Manager.Key highlights of my career:• Mobilisation of an FTTP programme for circa 500k+ prems. Including recruitment and appointment of all project roles.• Delivered 70% of my clients target month on month for a national communications provider. Working with them closely to resolve issues and improve processes.• Led multiple project teams covering delivery nationally.My current role with Full Fibre focuses on process improvement and management of fault referrals impeding customer connections. I am passionate about improving processes and guiding teams to successful outcomes. I achieve this by educating staff and mentoring them to get the most out of them whilst also developing their personal skills to further their own careers.
