I joined Moody”s Analytics as part of the acquisition of RiskFirst in 2019, where I was Chief Strategy Officer and part of the management team.At Moody’s Analytics I have taken on the role of Head of Product within the Buyside Solutions division. I am responsible for the strategic direction of the PFaroe suite of products, with a focus on the expansion of the PFaroe platform, both within the pensions industry and into other financial markets. Previously, I spent three years in Citi\'s Insurance and Pensions Structured Solutions Group, helping the bank’s key clients manage their global defined benefit pension risk. Before this, I was a Director in ABN Amro\'s Pension Advisory Team, working with clients on pension, investment and funding solutions. I began my pension career as a Consultant in Towers Perrins\' Employee Benefit Services division, where I qualified as an actuary. Experience covers a broad range of pension issues including pension de-risking / risk transfer solutions, asset liability modelling, actuarial funding and pension accounting. I have experience of working with pension plans in the UK, US, Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, Canada and Japan.
