Monitoring system performance and availability, and proactively addressing any issues that arise- Responding promptly to incidents, including batch jobs, message queues, system integration components, and end-user reported issues, following predefined plans and procedures- Analyzing root causes of incidents and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences, including recovering damaged data- Building effective monitoring and alerting systems to quickly identify and resolve errors- Utilizing development tools to analyze problems and developing self-diagnosis tools for our ecosystem- Adopting best practices and continuously improving systems and processes to enhance reliability and performance.
