Lead and motivate a team of 9 First Line Managers and up to 400 Warehouse Colleagues in a FMCG/Logistics environment.Warehouse/site manager accountable for overall site productivity and profit and loss. Specifically, site running costs with a focus on optimisation through process improvement.Plan and coordinate detailed operational activities ensuring that service level agreements to our customers are delivered and maintained.Carry out regular and detailed team briefings with a people first approach utilising focus groups and site surveys to drive employee engagement. Responsible for regular and ad-hoc reporting to both customers and internal stakeholders.Maintain and improve performance levels to maximise efficiency of the operation, in line with SOP’s and KPI’sResponsible for all requirements relating to health, safety, environment and quality, focusing on continuous improvement throughout. Organising and leading the audit protocols across the site to ensure the site is compliant and thriving to be better with our safety agenda.Ensuring regular communication with various departments and stakeholders for ad-hoc changes to day to day activities Lead on warehouse recruitment in collaboration with the People Team and Talent AcquisitionManage a broad variety of HR processes including performance improvement, disciplinary, appeal, grievance and redundancy.
