In my current role, I partner with external distributors operating in the call center space to facilitate enrollment into Humana’s individual Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Dental, Vision, and Hearing plans. I ensure both Humana and the external partners execute on contractual agreements. By gaining understanding of the partners’ business model, I identify opportunities to refine policy and procedure, and work to create a more seamless experience for the partner, downline agents and agencies, and ultimately, our members. In my 15 year career in Insurance, I’ve supported agents directly in all manners of engagement with Humana, managed Utilization Review licensure for numerous Humana-owned entities, and for the past 8 years worked with national agencies in field and call center distribution channels to achieve industry-leading growth in membership.
