I serve as the Senior Advisor for Cyber and Emerging Threats at FEMA.My two-decade background in strategic communications and crisis management includes serving as a spokesperson for the Secretary of Defense, consulting with Fortune 100 clients, as well as active duty military service. I have worked on crisis management and policy issues across the spectrum including international conflicts, natural disasters, oil spills, legal and investigative issues, as well as policy and personnel matters. I am also the president of Allen Dynamics, LLC, a SDVOSB management and consulting firm. I am an inventor and entrepreneur, focusing on training, technology, robotics, AI, VR, AR and advancements in readiness. I reside in Quantico, Virginia. I hold a Bachelors in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Utah.
