   Responsible for the management of all activities pertaining to the full employee life-cycle (hire to retire). Hands-on strategic HR partner responsible for: employee relations, performance management, recruitment, organization development, employee engagement, global talent mobility, on-boarding, compensation planning, HRIS integration, and reporting. Promoted to Senior HR Business Partner in January, 2020 in conjunction with assuming a leadership role regarding the launch and build-out of our Global Shared Services function. Built out a regional accounting hub (North America) and served as a leader with both the external recruitment (25 positions) and the internal realignment effort. In January, 2022, I accepted a promotional opportunity to relocate from New York to Wisconsin, where I currently am the end-to-end HR leader for our Treatment team (engineering, product management, sales, customer service and project management) and our Custom Pump team (manufacturing, final assembly, quality control and testing). I am currently the HR site leader for 4 sites: Pewaukee, Wisconsin; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Zelienople, Pennsylvania; and Watsontown, Pennsylvania. I currently support an employee population of ~500 employees covering a wide area of backgrounds: senior leadership, operations managers, engineers, sales leaders, sales professionals, project managers, production technicians, quality control technicians, product testing analysts, and field technicians.In 2023, I also had the distinct honor of co-leading the successful negotiation of multiple-year labor contracts for two of our unionized sites. This was a special assignment where I was asked to provide interim support by serving on the negotiation team. I also assisted with Union grievances and meditation.
