Lead warehouse team in inventory management and distribution strategy to deliver USAF individual protective gear to 150 AFBs and 9 Major Commands (MAJCOM) worldwide. Supervise 14 active-duty airmen and orchestrate complex operations to execute short-notice deployment projects from Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC). Transformed culture by connecting with and listening actively to warehouse staff to identify and resolve pain points.• Discovered AFMC Mobility Fill Rate analysis tool errors and created team to overhaul requirements, creating program adopted by HQ as standard for all redistribution tracking and decision making.
