About Matt Harper

As Warehouse and Equipment Manager I am responsible for the strategic mobilization of equipment, temporary facilities and all other company owned and rented assets needed to complete upwards of $125 million in annual construction projects. Using my background in supply chain distribution and equipment rental, I ensure that all equipment, supplies and tools are maintained and delivered to our projects in good appearance, mechanical and safe working order. I also oversee all yard personnel, manage the corporate fleet of vehicles and heavy trucks as well as procure all of the necessary equipment, materials and tools needed in the field from small consumable items, up to large rough terrain machinery. In addition to my core responsibilities, I serve on the Immel Construction Safety Committee, working directly with the Compliance and Risk Management Department to continuously improve procedures both on our job-sites and in our warehouse and yard operations. I’m also an active member of the Immel Community Involvement Committee, and participate in numerous activities throughout the year that benefit many diverse causes and charities in the Greater Green Bay area. Finally, as part of the management team, I partake in regularly scheduled meetings with project management, finance, estimating, risk management and business development to collaborate and provide proper transparency within the organization as well as to contribute to the overall health and continued growth of the company.
