Our market-leading engineering design solutions leverage the latest technology and systems, which are provided by experienced and highly-regarded professionals.Reporting to the Client Services Director, It is my responsibility to oversee a portfolio of clients contributing to an annual turnover in excess of £80m. I hold proven experience within recruitment, throughout both MSP/RPO environments both as an internal recruiter and senior manager whilst coaching and mentoring the account team to develop their own skills to help maximise their potential.Working collaboratively with our dedicated Account Team and Senior Management across the group, it is my responsibility to highlight, promote and ensure that our MSP solution exceeds customer expectations in terms of delivery, efficiencies in process, engagement, operational adherence to the contract and overall resource activity.I am responsible for establishing strong and collaborative relationships across my clients senior stakeholders including but limited to HR, Procurement, Resourcing and Operations.Given our broad range of group product and services offering, I have a keen interest in maximising revenue opportunities across our clients whilst supporting their own external supply chain.I personally organise and design any daily or weekly reporting requirements whilst delivering face to face quarterly meetings with the key stakeholders within our clients whilst ensuring that our Customer Satisfaction surveys are undertaken and results scrutinised to help drive performance.
