ABOUT MATT GOULIN

Matt Goulin is a Human Capital and Transformation Leader with specific focus on HCM strategy and implementation, in healthcare among other sectors. Matt has a 15+ year record of successfully helping organizations enable their talent through HCM strategy and transformation initiatives, spanning both advisory and client-side delivery. Matt’s focus is on helping clients’ HR functions drive higher value to their organization, through talent, operational and HCM technology-focused modernization initiatives. In the HR technology category, Matt possesses strong marketplace knowledge and connectivity with leading HCM and Workforce Management solutions. Matt\'s area of HR technology expertise, combined with his ability to agnostically guide the selection process and advise/execute on adoption and change management is a differentiator pre and post implementation.Prior to consulting, Matt was in the retail/marketing-services vertical, where he led and supported multiple ERP, HCM, and enterprise software implementations, including Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft products. Matt has developed new operating methodologies in support of rapid business scalability, and has navigated initiatives involving both front- and back-office functions in highly complex, mission-critical projects that have impacted people at all levels of the organization.Matt has a Post-Graduate Management Diploma from Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and a Certified Salesforce Consultant. Additionally, Matt is a proud father of two incredible girls, is a wine and food aficionado, enjoys running and time at the lake.
