About Matt Gonabe

Experienced civil servant and Navy reservist focused on leadership and business operations. Former active duty pilot and landing specialist with experience establishing forward logistics sites around the world, holding positions in operations, quality assurance, training, and administration. After leaving active duty, I earned an MBA and MS in Business Analytics from the University of Notre Dame and interned with Boeing Aviation Business Consulting, contributing to customer-facing engagements abroad. After graduate education, I supported the standup of USSPACECOM as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton before returning to federal service and aviation with FAA. I\'ve worked in FAA\'s ATO, AVS, and AHR Offices. Additionally, I am a reserve unit commander responsible for the readiness of 60+ Sailors providing operational support to Naval Station Rota and strategic depth to the Fleet.I enjoy supporting organizational goals by cultivating a positive workplace environment and empowering others. “Try meeting or leaving people with Aloha.
