For over two decades, I have been a dedicated and driven professional in the fitness industry, delivering sustainable fitness and wellbeing solutions to operators and exercisers. As a Senior Account Manager I partner with forward-facing operators to create robust physical and digital ecosystems that enhance user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.My core competencies include new business development, customer relationship management, strategic account management, and building trust. I have successfully grown digital and physical solutions across the UK health, fitness, and wellbeing industries, as well as managed key accounts for leading fitness equipment brands such as Power Plate, Precor, and Cybex. I am also a lifelong learner, constantly updating my skills and qualifications as a personal trainer, a CHEK Institute Holistic Lifestyle Coach 1 & 2, post COVID-19 rehab coach, and an Oxygen Advantage Advanced functional breathwork Instructor.
