At Arcadis, I work on some of the most complex and large-scale projects worldwide, from advanced manufacturing facilities, gigafactories and data centres to their supporting masterplans. These projects bring together teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and my role is to ensure that design and delivery are coordinated, coherent, and aligned with client goals.I lead multidisciplinary teams and manage interfaces between architecture, MEP, structures, and infrastructure. What I find most stimulating is that my work can range from masterplans of over 300 acres to smaller, detailed projects of just a few acres, each requiring the same rigour, clarity, and attention to detail.What I enjoy most is solving complexity through organisation, coordination, and design clarity, bringing many moving parts into solutions that work technically, stand the test of time, and give clients confidence in their outcomes.Current highlights include- Leading design for gigafactories, data centres, and advanced manufacturing facilities, shaping environments where innovation and production thrive- Delivering the design of a SEND primary school in London, targeting BREEAM “Excellent” and Net Zero in operation- Acting as Architectural Lead in client pursuits, contributing to Arcadis’ growth in mission-critical and industrial sectors.What I appreciate most at Arcadis is the collaborative culture.
