Quality Manager • Be responsible for the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System• Manage the reference legislation for the products subject to the logistics and distribution activity (GxP in particular Good Distribution Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices) for all aspects of the guidelines.• Verify that the updating of processes and documentation occurs through the correct execution of change control activities• Manage, document and evaluate deviations and CAPAs.• Supervise system and process auditing activities at suppliers• Formulate Quality Plan proposals and support Management in defining Quality Objectives;• Keep the Internal Audit System operational;• Organize meetings for the review of the company Quality Management System on behalf of the Management, highlighting the critical situations for Quality.• Organize, conduct and record internal QA department training.Qualified Person• Ensure compliance of the plant\'s management methods and practices with quality regulations and standards (cGMP – current good manufacturing practice) and current legislation.• Contribute to the excellence of the Quality System, participating in the definition and updating of internal standards and regulations• Ensure, the assessment of structural changes or changes to the existing quality system with a qualitative impact on the GMP system of the pharmaceutical workshop.• Ensure that each batch of medicines (Humane and Veterinary Use) is produced and controlled in compliance with the law and the conditions imposed when authorizing the marketing of the medicine and be responsible for the correct maintenance of batch documentation;• Batch Release • Ensure the correct maintenance of the authorizations in force for the Workshop, relating to the various competent authorities.• Manage Complaints, Deviations and CAPA
