I have a deep connection to Italy and, since childhood, I dreamed of becoming an Alitalia pilot — not so much for the role itself, but for the pride of representing our country around the world.I have a strong passion for engines and I enjoy bringing that distinctive “Italian touch” into our products, inspired by the excellence of our automotive heritage.I see running a company much like managing a football team: when the goal is clear, and every person is in the right role with the conditions to perform at their best, the team becomes successful and ambitious results can be achieved. For this reason, I believe in rewarding those who perform well. I measure results — both mine and my team’s — based on numbers rather than opinions. To me, this is the true essence of management and meritocracy.My goal is to make Fibernet a global excellence and to actively contribute to the prosperity of our country.Every day, together with my team, I work to turn this vision into reality.
