ABOUT MATTEO STOPPA

From concepts to stores, the experience behind consumer products and more. Ciao! I am the Chief Innovation Officer @ COESA with an entrepreneurial mindset. I held C-level roles in R&D management and led multidisciplinary teams to solve business challenges with clever solutions.From a PhD in wearable technologies for astronauts to funding new companies, through electronic design, industrialization processes and business partnerships with high-tech companies.Two start-up Exits, some projects presented at the CES of Las Vegas, some patents, awards and EU/IT grants received over the past years. I haven\'t written books, but my published papers/book chapters have been cited over times, including in journals like Nature and Science. I haven\'t sold hundreds of thousands of products, but one is shown at the MoMa of NY, one ended up aboard the International Space Station (ISS), and some thousand people around the world have bought and used products that I designed and developed. I\'m not based in Silicon Valley. Still, I work with international big-tech Corp. and several companies in an area with the highest concentration of technology and product know-how in Europe, thanks to the visionary heritage of Olivetti. I don\'t speak 8 different languages, but I enjoy listening, engaging and leading multidisciplinary teams to make a difference (ITA or ENG) I\'m not an AI nerd developer, but I\'m vibe coder enthusiast. So, with AI or not, I can make a digital product.(I\'m a \"multidisciplinary nerd\") Outside the office, I’m a woodworker and a maker at heart.
