As project manager for Heffernan’s high school intern project, I managed a team of 13 interns. This challenged me to grow as a leader, communicate clearly, and foster collaboration to achieve our goals together.I created the curriculum for our new Turnkey Asset Management Platform, Advyzon, helping create comprehensive courses for Heffernan Financial Services\' innovative software platform. This experience honed my ability to explain complex ideas through learning material, and provided me insight into wealth management and portfolio management. I also assisted in negotiating a contract for JUMP AI, a cutting-edge financial services tool. This gave me hands-on experience in deal-making and the importance of technology in modern finance.
