Main Activities & results: Responsible for defining, safeguarding, and optimising terminal subsystems’ capacity to support Heathrow’s growth while maintaining a high standard of passenger experience. Sponsor capacity-related projects and ensure they are planned and executed with precision, aligning with operational needs and future demand. Lead and maintain a structured and precise capacity planning framework for project approval and execution. Ensure an excellent understanding of capacity constraints and opportunities across all assets and operational areas of the airport, developing models and analysis to inform decision making and working with internal and external stakeholders to define business solutions. Sign off contents for the Capacity Working and Assurance Groups where project decisions are communicated to internal parties and business’ directors.
