A young professional curious about people!🧠 I have been passionate about human behaviour my whole life, and that\'s why I decided to study psychology. I want to understand why we behave in a certain way and what we can do to improve ourselves.I started getting interested in the HR world from the very first years of my career, and since then I haven’t stopped delving into topics like organizational wellbeing, organizational culture, diversity & inclusion and many more. I’m a traveller, or a “seeker of experiences”, as I like to describe myself. Meeting people from different cultures, discovering new places, tasting amazing food are all experiences that I really look forward to.Last but not least, I’m a language enthusiast.
