Application Analysis and Solution Concept Definition• Support Sales and Product Marketing in analyzing customer and market application needs, collecting and optimizing technical requirements.• Lead the definition of product and solution sizing, configuration, and specifications for different projects, ensuring performance, reliability, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance in line with the existing portfolio and Group strategy.• Develop and document system requirements, technical assumptions, and innovative product/ solution concepts in collaboration with R&D Platforms.• Support Local Engineering for different projects by providing guidelines, tools, training, and validationProject Management• Oversee technical project management across all product development phases, from concept to product and process validation, coordinating R&D Platform and Center of Excellence resources.• Support the Project Manager in guiding cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of performance, reliability, cost, and validation targets.• Maintain and update product/solution specifications throughout the development cycle, ensuring alignment with customer, market, and internal requirements.• Lead technical discussions with customers during development, commissioning, and prototype/field validation stages.• Drive cross-functional problem-solving by analyzing test results, identifying root causes, and defining corrective actions.• Manage trade-offs between concept, cost, quality, and timing, and lead technical decision-making during the development phase.Innovation• Develop solution proposals in line with Business Unit product and solution marketing strategies.• Act as a customer technical touchpoint, translating customer needs into actionable inputs to drive innovation across the Group.• Lead cross-functional initiatives that transform marketing strategies, consumer insights, trends, and competitive analysis into innovative solution concepts.
