As a member of the Analytic and Insight COE, I oversee and analyse Tesco\'s online operations, providing analytical support to teams in areas such as Fulfilment, Post-Order, Availability, Substitution, and Picking. My role helps stakeholders understand the key factors influencing performance, guiding both strategic decisions and tactical actions.In my day-to-day role, I work closely with multiple teams and across a wide range of data sources. I use complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets, drawing from big data sources and digital data. I use Tableau daily to design and develop BAU dashboards and visualisations, adjusting my approach based on the audience\'s familiarity with the subject matter to ensure the data is clear and impactful. I assist in trial analysis by designing A/B tests, developing reporting dashboards, and ensuring the statistical significance of results. I use Python for more complex statistical analysis, such as linear regression and other predictive models.
