ABOUT MATTEO MASTROPAOLO

I graduated 9 years ago at the Polytechnic of Turin in Biomedical engineering (master’s degree).After a 6 months internship in applied research at the FIAT Research Center, I continued working in automotive field for several automotive companies: FCA, Italdesign, AUDI, CNHindustrial, VW, Mercedes-Benz.I am a proactive and very curious person who always show the willingness to improve what´s around me, asking and inquiring with continuous interest. Thanks to my pluriannual experience as Hardware, Mechanical (Automotive seats, ECU) and Software (ADAS, ECU, Infotainment, HMI) Testing Engineer in multicultural and multidisciplinary environment, I have developed good organizational and interpersonal skills and I am able to work well both alone and in groups, setting priorities according to project milestones and testing requirements and timing. I have a hands-on mentality and I am always really attentive to details with a good problem-solving attitude. Between 2016 and 2017 I worked two years as Performance Engineer in Germany for three days a week in a German and international team. Since 2019 I live in Germany, where I had the chance to work in an Agile Scrum environment for the development of two Infotainment projects in a big, young and multidisciplinary team.These experiences have allowed me to know and appreciate the multicultural and multidisciplinary environment, to work in team, to experiment my adaptability and flexibility, to prove my ability to learn and interpret the new tasks and new processes, demonstrating curiosity and desire to learn.I am very attracted to everything that is innovation and progress, be it in terms of technique, processes or methodologies. My aspiration is to work for a company that actively participates in processes of real change.I would like to be part of the change and change with it.Although my experience has developed in the automotive industry as a performance and testing engineer and applied researcher, I am also interested in exploring different roles and other sectors both to expand my knowledge and skills and to make my skills available to the full.I am very excited and can not wait to find the opportunity that fits my skills and that allows me to make an active contribution to the project and the company.
