As the Director of Enrichment at the Winners Circle Project, I lead a transformative educational journey for high school students, integrating both academic and hands-on life skills to cultivate future-ready leaders. Through the Pathways to Success curriculum, which I developed, I mentor students monthly in classroom settings and through individualized guidance sessions. My aim is to empower each student to recognize and build upon their potential.In addition to guest teaching, I provide mentorship throughout the school day, tailoring support to help students turn learning into actionable growth. Our monthly online interactions further reinforce critical thinking, communication, and accountability.I actively connect students to real-world experiences—apprenticeships, job shadowing, and professional events—bridging education with the workforce to enhance their confidence and readiness for post-graduation success. Working alongside the WCP team, I also help curate impactful experiences, such as field trips and workshops, that expand students\' perspectives and passions.At its core, my role is about inspiring growth, resilience, and self-directed learning, shaping young minds to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
