Public Policy Analyst | Expert in Evaluations and Impact AssessmentsI am a public policy analyst with a strong specialization in evaluations and impact assessments for European and Italian Institutions. My passion lies in supporting public policies that deliver meaningful economic and social outcomes, improving the lives of citizens and businesses alike.Throughout my career, I have contributed to numerous policy studies for various DGs of the European Commission (DG CNECT, DG GROW, DG SANTE, JRC) and Italian administrations. My work is grounded in a robust mixed-methods approach, particularly in the fields of digital and internal market policies. Core Expertise- Developing research frameworks for policy evaluations, including indicators, research questions, and theory of change- Analyzing quantitative data from public databases and secondary data from desk research and literature reviews- Collecting and interpreting primary data from interviews, focus groups, EU-wide consultations, and targeted surveys- Drafting clear and impactful reports, policy briefs, and case studies tailored for policymakers- Providing evidence-based policy recommendations on critical topics aligned with the EU policy agendaI hold a Master’s degree in Public Policies and a PM² Foundation Certification in Project Management, equipping me with the skills to bridge strategic analysis and effective execution.
